Varsity Girls Victorious

The girls football season has come to a victorious end, with our Varsity team winning the NECIS tournament this past weekend! Having competed in five games over the two-day tournament, the team managed to win each game with outstanding scores. (see match scores below)
The team arrived in Dusseldorf on Friday, May 17th, and returned after their win on Sunday, May 19th. The team was led by three team captains; Freya Rock, Sienna Schaillee, and Lotte Strijp, and coached by Faraz Mirza and Mike Lakwijk. On the evening of the 18th, the team went out to an asian-style buffet, enjoying a moment of team-bonding after the intense matches they competed in that day.
